Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time:

Orders are typically processed within 5 business days after receiving payment.
Custom orders or high-demand periods may require additional processing time.

 

2. Shipping Time:

Transit Times to in Malaysia: 1 – 5 Business days

 

3. Order/Address Change:

If a change needs to be made to your order please contact us at escalonenterprise@gmail.com ASAP and we will do our best to accommodate that change, BUT we can not make any promises. If the item(s) has already been shipped out we cannot make changes to the order.


4. Delivery and tracking Information:

Delivery times vary depending on the destination. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.

 

Return and Refund Policy


1. Returns Eligibility:

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back before getting Return # and instruction.

Please provide your order number, reason for the return, and any relevant details.
You will receive instructions on how to return the item.


There are certain situations where only partial or no refunds are granted: (if applicable)

* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

 

2. Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.


If you are approved, we will initiate a refund for you. The refund will be made to your credit/debit card, eWallet, or original payment method within 4 weeks.

 

For FPX, the refund will be only made to the designated bank account. If your return is not approved, we will resend the items to you.

 

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.


3. Late or missing refunds (if applicable):

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

4. Sale items (if applicable):

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


5. Exchanges (if applicable):

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at escalonenterprise@gmail.com

 

6. Return Shipping Costs:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

7. Damaged or Defective Items:


Reporting Issues:


If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
Provide photos of the damaged or defective item along with your order number.


Resolution:


We will assess the issue and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.
